So shall we start talking dates for another working party? And what are the aims ? I assume it's going to be some work on the pegs at the Hammerton Mill end plus strimming and weedkilling a single track path the whole way through to the railway top?
I know rushy's probably been waiting to have any match dates confirmed, but anyway, what's people's availability for Sat 11th July and Sat 18th? Then we choose the best of those two? Those dates are short notice, but then again the school holidays start after that so some members with families will doubtless be going away. Obviously we preferably need a few people who know where the pegs and path used to be!!
I'm available both 11th and 18th. Graham's match list for these dates only shows one Hammerton booking - railway bottom on the 18th. Well I've singularly failed to generate any interest with this. Anybody else want to start a thread for it? Meanwhile it's now possible that I'll be on the Wye on 11th July. The Hereford beer festival on the banks of that lovely river is a definite way of enticing my better half to that premier barbel river ...

there is already a proper path on the top of the bank before the fence,
all it needs is after claiming the fence as not many stiles, so maybe a few more stiles maybe needed is 1 job.
the other 1 is just a path way down to each peg, as Eddie say don't need to go mad as long as we can reach the pegs with ease.
Nige I don't have any tools but I am willing to give it a go even if I just go down for a walk and just do 1 peg at a time (protected cloths and trousers I think)

there was no one in first peg of Br/no1 peg.
did you catch my bro and I had nothing well I say nothing my bro had a couple of small fry, I had a few knocks on corn but that's all I thing I need to do a few evening rather than daytimes.
if it was you jhop above the bridge what water is it (Br/city)
think Br/no1 could do with a work party on here with some strimmer`s cant find or get to decent pegs.
