Looks like I've been pressganged as pools fodder ! I'm up for it if I can get permission from her indoors. Although she doesn't fall for the just popping out for some milk dear blarney. So I need some good reasons to make the match. Suggestions on a postcard please...
Mick.

Trademark The trophy is also made . . . Only took two days , just waiting for the glue to set around the 6 inch nail and it will be ready to sparkle on any mantelpiece. I have also secured a free days fishing at Sunrise Lakes in Spofforth as a little bonus prize www.sunrise-lakes.co.uk/We are now up to 15 . . . I might have to knock up a couple of extra large bungs for the Ouse Dave, it's a big river I hear. Maybe a pink flouresecnt topped coke bottle, 1 litre should do. You'll be glad to know I have my own keepnet now, I bought it with the money I took off you and your mates at Brafferton, easy water that place

Yes Nige
Conditions were..how would I put it, far from ideal. If holding on to your brolley for the first couple of hours difficult, then yes it was a hard and challenging start.
But all of us stayed till the end, not a great deal was caught but an enjoyable day none the less.
I'm sure Dave will update the results as I can't remember all names and weights. Some nice trophies won too.

Think everyone caught, but hard going! Good to meet everyone, one or two new faces and we all enjoyed the day! Nice one Dave, we are looking forward to the next one! At least the weather turned out ok for the weigh in!
