Well nige,, I don't want to advertise for people away from this forum,, but I have my own forum,, and members that use it get a further 20% off, and if you say I recommended you you get evan more discount buddy,, as I'm testing for him.,,, His spod mix has been responsible for 100s of carp last year and so far 24 fish this year,,, and we ain't evan into summer,, I dare say it will hammer the barbel too , his gear is second to none,, and I've had 1 or 2 offers to trial bait out before,, and it's never been upto the ticket ie boily wise,, I use mainline and have no issues whatsoever paying mainline prices as it's something that works and I'm confident in,, but hull Particle is something else,, and I'm happy to fish on it,,, all day long it says a lot about it when he does it full time,,, Any help or further info let me know jimmy ps he does dips krill liquids and boileys and paste,,

Crap photos and guestimates thats me too. Don't actually own a set of scales and I couldn't do a funky pose to save my life. Think I need tuition from Mr Fulla , how much do you think he charges for a combined fishing and modelling days instruction. Keep the faith Mick.

It's just the way I see things I wouldnt nail a fence up and leave nails showing,,, I like to do a job right Same with carp fishing,. I chase an animal that I passionately love,, although I put it through the stress to capture it,,, I like to show it off in its best form,, I'm afraid that will do and guessing doesn't make you a consistent carp angler This wild beast gives me so much I just like to show it off in its best light,,, Just how i am

It's probably a carp anglers thing,, but the idea of ACCURATE weights and propper photos is so we can track the progress of each fish and how it goes up and down in weight at certain times of the year,,,
And the way carp anglers hold the fish is because it's about the carp and not the person,

I admire your dedication , I love my fishing with a passion but I'm happy with good fish , weights and photos just don't do it for me. Work wise I have to be precise and even when d i y ing I like to get things spot on. Guess we're all different . Some really nice fish there , and a bream. Keep on keeping on. Mick.

I'm with you on this one, not one for photo's, I do carry scales, but, only weigh what I think is a new PB. If there was a pic of me with a good fish, I'd probably be beaming all over (like the Rushy pic with old sunken eyes) Sunken EyesNo offence to Carp anglers, but what's this staring at the fishes head or arris with a solemn look, instead of a great big grin, with undeniable pleasure, at the camera...Meh!!.... As for precision, never had any complaints from Customers, in all my years as a Gas Engineer.....
