Congratulations and well done to all concerned with the new web site it's looking good and lots of info on here. Just a quick thought why not get members to send in pics of the waters to build up the photo database.
Cheers all, Martin.

Great looking site fellas.
Could I make a suggestion?
Remove the Karma feature.
It doesn't half cause problems and disputes between forum members. We used to have the feature on YF but soon removed it due to the above.
Keep up the good work. I'm sure the site will grow and grow.
Regards Bluey (Site admin - Yorkshirefishing)

I agree with Bluey here Andy, it's nothing but trouble. Get rid now before your membership starts falling out over it.

Well done Stan, I have been saying for years that advertising is a must and this should bring in many new members.
If any members have had a good days fishing and would like to see the result in the Angling Times please email me detailing, name, where your from, age, tactics, bait etc. and i will do my best to get it published. Its just another way of advertising the society and its many venues. Please include any pic's.

Just wanted to add my congratulations on the web-site, forums etc.
I've been a LDASA member for a number of years but let my membership lapse this year. I was a little dissapointed with what I saw as the lack of care/consideration on Kippax pond for example.
I think this site shows some forward thinking and am highly likely to be renewing my mebership come 2007!

to gaptooth. re kippax there is very little wrong with kippax that the memthere is a good head of fish ih threre bers who fish it cant put right. if they all took there rubbish home with them the site would be much better. I was secretary of GP at the time the work was carried out on kippax pond and we worked our buts off building stands and creating access around the pond.there is a good head of fish in there and I cannot see where you are complaining. normbotty.
