I am not sure if members are aware but Barbara, my wife had a very serious car accident 30th June this year in France. She suffered multiple injuries including brain damage and was paralyzed down her left side and was in a comer for the first few weeks. She is doing very well after 16-weeks in hospital but still has a long way to go and will need care for up to five years. She is walking with the aid of a stick but still needs a wheelchair for long distances. She has only partial use of her left arm but it is getting better. Barbara's thanks go to all those who sent good wishes and prayers and we can only hope in time she makes a full recovery. Gus Greaves.

Many thanks for your good wishes, The hospital and social services here are fantastic and i doubt we would have had the same standard of care and help in the UK.
