Well we have had horses on leeds knote for many years and the leeds committee just dont seem to care, i asked the same question 1 YEAR ago why they allow horses on the lake and still no reply from any leeds committee man/woman,I have fished knote twice a wk since xmas and yet to find a single member who says the horses benefit the lake in any way just the opposite in fact. it will be interesting to see wot happens when a horse damages someones tackle.if a horse wipes out a 2rod top of the range carp set-up in the night thats about £2000 who will pay for that ? so think yourself lucky so far Jimmy silverfish no horses on bradford yet !

Well i see a committee man does read this forum but still no answer as to why the horses are on the lake !!! perhaps the lack of night permits sold this year might have a impact on the committee and will give the members a answer but doubt it .

All Leeds lads have come to Bradford Knotford,,, It was full yesterday and I'm sure it will be full today,,,
Can only be a good thing as it keeps poachers away and bait going in,,,

All joking aside, winter55 is asking a serious question and deserves an answer. So come on someone who has any info front up and answer the question. If horses shouldn't be there come on do something about it. If horses are allowed for some reason explain why.

Well put it this way lads on the Bradford Knotford there wouldn't be horses on there for more than 20 mins,,, the committee would have them off in minutes Maybe it's because there not on kippax complex I rekon if they was up there they would be off in a flash,,, Come on committee give us an answer,,, Ps I bought my book solely to fish Knotford and I won't fish it because 1 I don't think I'll be insured and 2 I don't want a horse galloping into my fishing tackle
