hi jimmy, barble at this time of year are not common jimmy and are usually only caught during times of high water and warmer weather such as we are now experiencing, try the ouse at nun munkton our the niddmouth fishery,in the steadier swims with lobbie or meat,or the nidd railway top round the culvert, walk up the railway length till you get to the concrete culvert its where the fence runs close to the river 1/2 mile up from the bridge.Stan [tell us if you get any].
