looking at getting the 16m shimano beastmaster ax commercial pole... can someone please tell me what they think if they have used one??

If you are spending that sort of money you need to look at the tricast venom pro as it is an awesome bit of kit and imho is far superior to beastmaster

Im no expert with poles i only have an old pole that i use upto 9 metres, , with a budget of around a 1k the beastmaster 16m was on my list, i tried quite a few in my price range, I was very dissapointed with the beastmaster at 14.5 and even 13m, felt like a floppy banana, out of what i tried the daiwa zr5 felt best.
