none-go-by lake between Harrogate and Leeds Bradford airport as plenty of good silvers in, Roach to a lb skimmers and Chub fish up in water with caster. only fished it once but it was mostly iced over been meaning to go back hope this helps.

I fished None-go-bye nearly every weekend last year, fish a chuck on all 3 lakes. I prefer bottom or top lake though. Middle one gets rammed.

I think he might be after a venue to drop shot for perch. Going on his "ultra light" tackle reference,if so the aire & calder canal might be a good start. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

Right you are! Didn't spot that. If you are looking for Perch there's a good head of them . . . And some big ones . . . in our fishery at Moor Monkton Pools. Day ticket available. It would also be interesting to see the results of a drop shooting session there.nIm fairly sure you will get on one of the lakes through the week but If it's free I would recommend the front pool Good luck wherever you end up
