I have been requested by the riparian owner at Dunsforth to confirm to our members the limits of our fishing as some members have been going beyond our limits.
The fishery is only two fields in total, entry is via the caravan site, follow the right hand hedgerow to the river bank, you should now be in the middle of the 'Ferry' field, upstream to the left you can fish up to peg 18 at the next fence, that is the top limit, the 'Jungle' length beyond there is not society water. Downstream to the left of entry you are allowed to go over the first fence into the ' Tupper' or ' Crowtree' field, our fishing ends at the next fence. The next field downstream is the 'Stump' field and the fishing is private and overgrown.
New limit signs are to be erected shortly
Regards Graham

So is this where Frim was catching his YEP barbs then? Thought it might be (was looking at posts of his and others from a few years back), and was trying to get there last Friday but only got as far as the Wharfe in the end.

That's a strange one Graham, has the amalgamation re negotiated the lease or is it just a polite "request" from the riparian owner ? Kind regards Mick.
