Fished polo on Thursday , size 22 hook and half a pint of maggots and caught plenty of roach and 3 half pound chub, great fun. Would spoil the place if fished with kilos of bait for days at a time. I thought Knotford was best place for Carpers, perhaps increasing the stock there would encourage people to use that venue more. Steve

Nah get a few dozen Pike in there! Soon clear out any sick or injured silvers, ready for the reintroduction of the modest size Carp that form the basis of modern match angling. Why? So that the club can have a decent local small match water on tap as it were. BOF

Nothing what so ever will be stocked into the 'polo' pond for at least two years from January 2016, what it is is what it stays
