Digger, why did you chop my head off ? Not sure about 24lb 10 oz though, it was a bit "empty" & out of condition, also not a good idea to publicise a fish like this, the Pike murderers will be out in force now, shame.

Sorry Digger did'nt mean to make you feel bad and I know when you catch a fish like that you want to tell the world, but there are lots of bad/poor "anglers" out there who blame their lack of succes on the pike, who misconceive that the pike have scoffed all the other fish in the lake. These "anglers" are only too happy to beat the brains out of any unfortunate pike that come their way, you will find most pike anglers, myself included, will keep shtum about our catches and where they were caught and only revealed to people we can trust. All fish deserve respect, pike have more than their share of bad publicity, please try not to pour any more oil on the fire.

hi ged, some one has to put a notice of motion into the club ,rule changes etc, and page numbers of the rules to be changed,it then goes to the a,g,m, and a proposer and seconder then address the meting to explain the changes,a discusion then takes place,a vote is taken,if its passed a rule then can be changed in the next year book but the rule changed becomes valid from that moment, thats how its done,i cannot do that by myself, nor can anyone, its a demorcratic way of running things but its up to you lot out there to get thigs changed,if you want to have more info just ask.stan..
