hello allan andy was on 16 the other lads were in the 20s or on the other lake. The regular carp pegs 2 to 14 fished hard but kev ( tourney) worth won the section from peg 3 with 6lb, but a few lads lost a few trout on these pegs, so in these conditions it fished really well. With the weather forcast for the next few days, wednesday should be a very good match To be fair, kev would have caught a lot more if hed have left his polish at home.....every time he shipped back he polished every section ;D ;D ;D

KP fished very well despite water temperature still being only just over 2 degrees C , fish caught all round lake , by the end of the match both lakes were ice free and with the increase in temperature Wednesdays match should be a belter .

Re:KIPPAX PARK « Reply #32 Today at 7:16pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HI, guys ill get my gripe out of the way first , today at kp we had another unfortunate episode where somebody forgot to pay there pools and we had to have a re- draw. I myself and a fair few others find it quite inconcievable how somebody doesnt know that they haven't paid there pools for the day and proceeded to draw a peg , there are few people invoved at the fishery to try and run a good match for all concerned , so as you can all gather when we have got the right amount of money for the right amount of pegs there is not a great deal more the organiser/s can do about any individual not coughing up, but what i will say on here and on saturdays match before anybody draws there peg, if the same thing happens again where somebody draws there peg and has not paid there pool money they will be giveing that peg to whoever hasnt got one and will NOT be fishing that particular match. SEAN

what a difference a couple of degrees make in the right direction, at any one time you could see 4 or five people with fish on at the same time and it was a belter of a match with equal amounts of carp and trout caught, except mall who hogged the trout and put 55lb of em on the scales to top up his 5 carp.
1st mal roughton 70lb.14oz peg5 2nd phil chapman 70lb.02oz peg13 3rd andy stoner 58lb.00 peg25 4th paul clark 47lb.08oz peg4 paid first three and three sections clarkie 47.08 dave wright 43.12 sean 18.02

I honestly feel for those who had drawn well and drew poor second go(especially phill) I had payed on but drew at end and 1 peg left between myself and clarkie, you cant put anothe peg in after the draw, so unfair. It felt worse for me cos i drew 25 in second draw, but feel something does need doing about it. I know mistakes do happen but i tottallly agree with sean, that whoever has forgot to pay, should relenquish their peg and not be allowed to fish....bet they wouldnt do it again in an hurry.
The man who cant catch trout.
