Thanks for that stan. I appreciate the info that you occasionally provide on catches. Would it be possible for match organisers to prepare a short account of fish that were caught from which length - No need to give peg numbers -and then to post it on the forum? geoff

Well done dave on mastering your IT skills and the capture of such a pristine chub. Thanks for naming the stretch. I have seen those fingers wrapped around some pretty decent fish over the years. geoff

Thought about naming it "an undisclosed Leeds DASA stretch of the Wharfe" Geoff, but its not really necessary because at Easedike there's still a couple of miles of river for the fish to get lost in!

Stan, what has happened to the bream at Hunters? Judging by what I see and hear the bungalows pegs are not as prolific as they used to be and most of the 'slabs' now seem to get caught near the willowgarth. Also, the really big fish, the 7 and 8-pounders that used to get caught at the bungalows, don't seem to feature anymore. Would you agree with this assessment?

hi dave the word on the bank is they are now swiming in some commecial fishery, not all of them of course,we know who took them and how they did it and where they are now and all this info has been passed on to the powers that be.lets say this, fishing from a boat on our waters is illegal without a yearbook,if you see any one doing this chalnge them, if you are not happy with the answer take the number on the side of the boat and report them to the police, keep a record of the event though, thats for all our members dave not just you.stan..
