Ok thanks any tip on how to fish it thanks Aaaah - now thats a question !!!! You might struggle this time of year for the Carp and Tench - there doesn't appear to be many silvers in and the last reports were that the Pike were looking rather sorry for themselves as well ..... not a very enthusiastic reply I'm afraid but go give it a go - its a fantastic setting and you never know you could just go on the feeding day

I'm not sure what the weed is like at the moment but if you stick to the top right hand side as you walk through the Otter fence gate its not normally as weedy there

What I did when I first went was I spent a good few hours looking at about three or four different swims....then I just used my rod to plumb areas and draw a liitle map.....plus I could tell if it were weedy or not. Then I can back a few days later with my set up.

Proper Carp anglers sit and look at their swims all day ....... That's why they have such comfy chairs

Yes but plumbing is a basic in any type fishing. I have a certain way of fishing, I feel more at ease. And yes......a comfy chair is essential
