Anyone know of the pike fishing potential on this venue? I used to go many years ago but never really fished for pike, due to the size of the place I would imagine it has a monster or two lurking in its depths? Mick.

Our EE friends have not emptied it yet nor have our native drunken idiot chav pike anglers killed them all by miss handling and ripping traces out or leaving them in . If the weed is still up head for the dam wall as your into deep water a couple of rod lengths from the bank.If the weed has died back cast to the drop off most of the way round and you won't go wrong.Remember its a big water and the pike will be spread out so fish light and move on if you don't get any action in an hour or so.
