Well it seems like good news and some real positivity for the future of knotford. I am hopeful the proposed new fences will sort the biggest problem, the horses on the banks, and I don't see why it should be any great expense, not a lot of materials are required. Time to consider other steps, like the resurfacing of the car park. It is a bit of a pond at the moment and could do with some work. Might as well start at the beginning and the car park is the first thing we encounter. So Jimmy if you are out there, you mentioned you could possibly source some scalpings, what are your thoughts on costs transport ect. It's something we could get on with straight away, if we can get permission and the materials. Eddie

Eddie a step in the right direction, won`t you need to drain / soak the puddle up first before laying anything down.
