There have recently been several instances of large Carp dying at Polo. The EA have undertaken initial investigations which didn't throw up any obvious reasons behind the fish deaths. On the Ea's advice it has been decided to net Polo and send the appropriate mix of fish to the Labaratory for testing.

The club solicitors had still not replied to the Presidents request to answer our questions in writing . Graham Park however, produced a letter which he had obtained as a result of his recent request to the solicitor. In a nutshell , we cannot get out of this lease agreement. It is only the developer who has get out clauses. It therefore appears that it all pivots on the outcome of the planning application which is still ongoing.
