Great work Rushy.
It's a while since I've been looking forward this much to something coming through that letterbox.
Good job the dog's away on his hols at the mo' as he does sometimes sink his teeth into things the postie brings (remind me again not to buy lures on ebay).

All yearbooks posted. Apologies if they are a bit grubby, my Grandaughter insisted we play shops with them first. It must have been the Gold colour that attracted her !!

Ps. You can still go fishing if your book doesn't arrive in time. They are all paid for and membership details on the system at the club

They are all paid for and membership details on the system at the club Looks like they couldn't find a postie for our round today so we'll be out without tomorrow. Now let me see what else do we need? Oh yeah - water. Is there enough of the wet stuff anywhere in the Nidd or Wharfe?

Niddn't have worried - more water in the river than the E.A. river levels suggested yesterday, though no colour in it.
Enjoyed my first outing as a yearbook member, but I'm not sure the Mrs. did.
We both blanked at Moor Monkton today in a difficult wind, she trotting her usual maggots and myself ledgering all kinds of tasty treats after my cheese paste developed a technical fault - it just wouldn't stay on the hook despite passing various tests in the kitchen this morning including being properly cast across the kitchen into a sink of water!
(I need a wind tunnel in my kitchen I reckon).
Anyway I reckon I learned a lot today about some new/old tackle I was using and how (not) to use it in the conditions, etc.
Happy New Year everyone and may your blanks be few & bright, and may you not sink deep in the cow sh*te.
