Sun 15th Pop and Nidd Mouth About 8ft of coloured water in but it probably fished better than a low clear river, single and double lobby did most of the damage, the only disapointment was match organiser Stan Haigh sending most of his Anglers World team home under the guise of it been dangerous "cobblers Stan" sitting on the top of the bank is far safer than digging your way in half way down a slippery peg, the missing team also made a false result for the teams that stayed. 1st Stuart Thompson 3 bream for 9-2 from the bottom of sellars field 2nd Arthur Benstead 7-3 one bream and a few roach from sellars 3rd Ricky Gaunt 6-14 a proper bream and a roach from church farm 4th Scott Lister 5-01 from d.i.c.k.s hut below nidd mouth, the anglers on the new pegs at nidd mouth reported seeing a lot of barbel crashing and a few pounders were caught. Wibsey won the team event on the day.
