Pretty busy up there recently. The car park is complete and if you would like a key for the new fenced area then go to the club and ask for one, I believe they are available for £5.50 . . .

Would that be the same key that fits the British Waterways locks ? Eg, the lock at Woodlesford. Cheers Smiley.

I went to have a look as I was passing yesterday. I saw some new fencing and drove into the car park through the red tyres. This area was not locked. Did I miss the locked area? - if so would you tell me where it is. Thanks geoff

If you drive into the car park Geoff, it's just in front of you. Two big gates with a Leedsasa sign on them.

I was probably so shocked after crunching my wheel arch on the tyres that I didn't see them. Thanks dan.

You're welcome 'gcb'. Those tyres are a little tight...

Yep, was down on Saturday. Managed to remove 6 bin bags of rubbish from bushes now that they're a little barer due to winter.
Can believe how lazy some anglers are!!!take it home with you!!!

Indeed, it was disgusting the amount of litter about. If you can take it with you you can take it away with you when it is empty. On the plus side I saw a few fish moving......

Not sure if you got a chance to get down today, Wrighty. The lake started to freeze on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
Ice covered the back bay and the east bank
