Well you have just missed two hours of hailstones and rain of biblical proportions on the Nidd Dave, which has now turned to hot chocolate with as many leaves and branches to flavour it as you want, dropped one at the net...SO KEEP CASTING AND STOP MOANING! :-)))))

PS! Sadly all the hard graft you and the lads did at Skip Bridge last year has been avenged by mother nature, only two swims are now accessible, where the path is...is any bodies guess :-) I will have a chop out next time out there to see if I can at least open up a couple of the swims you lads spent so much effort on.

It's only balsam and and nettles though. I fished about 5 of those pegs just 3 weeks ago, and then 2 weeks ago Tom on his video got as far as about the 7th peg ... It's near the entrance to the second peg where it's now easy to lose the 'path', or it was three weeks ago, cos it's not a 90-degree angle, the path to the peg on the left is at the same place where the main path forks half-right...so it's about a 130 degree angle between the two, with that bit of the path almost hidden in the ten-foot balsam even three weeks ago, but it must still be there, just needs someone to walk the next 100 yards a couple of times swinging something heavy... or it did 3 weeks ago anyway.
